Bachelor's of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership Degree

The BBA at Greensboro College is a 124 credit-hour program that allows students flexibility. Students who graduate with the degree have earned 72 credit-hours of required Organizational Leadership concentration courses and 52 credit-hours of elective, transfer, or experiential credit. Those who have already earned an associate’s degree or are close to achieving one can complete the program in two years.

About the Bachelor's of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership Degree

Students who do not have an associate’s degree can design their program plans with challenging exams, experiential credit, and elective courses that fit their needs. Program is a 72-credit hour program which leads to a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Participants may complete the program in two years, including summers. The program includes courses in business, economics, and accounting, as well as related courses in liberal arts disciplines. In addition to the 72 credit hours in the OLM Program, students must complete successfully enough credit hours to total a minimum of 124 credit hours to earn the B.B.A. degree.

General education requirements total 37-40 credit hours (the difference allows for transferred equivalent courses for non-XBP courses). These hours must consist of two composition courses, a humanities course, and a minimum of 31-32 hours across the disciplinary categories (Composition, Humanities, Religion, Fine Arts, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences/Mathematics, and Global Perspective).
